really very poor experience
Location in a nice green park, the staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is good
The hotel is old and needs an urgent and full renovation. The structure is partially closed, the bar is closed, shops are closed, the spa in a separate building is closed and abandoned, the gymn in the basement is very poor and in a creepy ambient, I suppose that also other facilities such as theater and convention center are not used since a long time. Our room was poorly furnished and decorated, from the balcony there was almost no view due to vegetation and trees growing apparently without care. All common areas are in a bad shape. The pictures presenting hotel and facilities on booking.com and on the hotel web site are probably done 20 years ago and should be updated with the real ones of today

Very old place in desperate need of proper work. Premises are very old, room smell like mold, kids area is quite big in terms of space but very old stuff, swiming pool area is also old and not well maintained

I was traveling with my 7 months old boy.
I was traveling with my 7 months old boy. The room was too cold during the night and the staff told me that there was nothing to do to solve that because the heating is automatic. Also, I called because the toilet wasn't working, nobody showed up to fix it. The hotel is too old. I believe it was an excellent place to stay 20 years ago, but I don't recommend now. The tapestries are dirty, the restaurant doesn't have good dinner options.
